Brew City Wins Fourth Battle of the Chef Competition! On Saturday, July 28 crowds gathered together at Catherdral Square Park to cheer on Brew City's General Manager Shane Valenti to a win in the East Town Association Battle of the Chefs competition. Working with mystery ingredients such as Filet Mignon, Pickled Beets and Gooseberries, Brew City captured true culinary excellence while presenting a four course meal prepared in only 30 minutes. This win gauranteed Brew City a slot in the final battle to be held Saturday, August 11, 2007 at 10:30am where they will go head to head to fight for the title of Best Chef in East Town 2007. |
